If you really want some background info on us here it is:

Steve originally got his real estate license in the early 80's and placed it with a small family owned company in Webster Groves, Mo. Those were the days when the MLS was in a phone book sized manual with tiny photos and short descriptions. This book was closely guarded by Realtors®. The information in it was not made available to the public. Only the homes chosen by the Realtor® were shown to buyers.

Consumers now have the ability to choose the homes they want to see on their own. The internet has made information freely available. Now you can search the MLS and even set up an auto search to find the home you want. Things sure have changed in Real Estate during the past 20 years!

Many years later, Steve & Tree joined a huge real estate franchise. After a couple of years, they felt limited by the corporation's rules. So, they moved on to The Kelsey Group, Realtors®. The Kelsey Group is affiliated with Relocation Realty and is locally owned. Steve is a Missouri licensed Broker/Salesperson and specializes in marketing sellers homes. Tree is a Missouri licensed Real Estate Salesperson and focuses on assiting homebuyers in finding the perfect homes.

The Brightwells live and work in O'Fallon, Mo. and have been married over 20 years to their best friends. Tree and Steve have four children, 2 grand daughters, four cats, a guinea pig and some fish! 

We love working in Real Estate because it gives us the opportunity to continually meet new people and form long lasting relationships. Our goal is to provide the highest level of service, integrity and ethics in everything we do, and have fun at the same time.
